Ceremony​ (4-4:30PM)
The ceremony will be held outside and will be scheduled to run 30-45 minutes. There will be seating available for all.

Cocktail Hour (4:30-5:30PM)
A cocktail hour will be held from 5-6PM in the garden. ​
​
Reception (5:45-10:30PM)
Dinner will be served from 5:45-7:30PM. Please include any dietary restrictions in your RSVP. There will be kid-friendly options available. We will have dancing from 8:00-10:30PM.

Afterparty (11PM-1AM)
The afterparty will be 21+ and will feature a guest appearance from DJ Johnny Roy. If you have experience and are interested in DJing a set, please reach out to Micaela or Quinn.

Attire
Suits and long dresses. We will be celebrating rain or shine—please pack an umbrella or rain jacket. Nighttime temperatures can drop to the low 50s so consider bringing layers; there will be an area to hang coats. Keep in mind that the event will take place on grass and choose footwear accordingly.

Accessibility
Much of the activities will take place outdoors on the grass, but we can accommodate all levels of ability. If you expect that you or someone in your party will need additional support, please reach out.

Transportation/Parking
Parking will be available in a neighboring field. In the case of rain, expect mud. There will be a shuttle between the Holiday Inn in Branford and the venue. Please see lodging/camping page for additional details.

Weather/Rain
Based on local climatology, we estimate a 30% chance of rain and temperatures ranging from 50-70F. Rain or shine, hot or cold, we will be celebrating outside! Please dress accordingly. There will be limited indoor space for emergencies (weather-related or otherwise).
